Scope This license applies to the original AIM-DOWNLOADER application, source code, documentation, and artwork owned by Ali Imran Malik (the "Software"). Third-party components are excluded and remain under their own licenses. 2. Free use You may download official releases, install and run the unmodified Software without charge for personal or internal business use. You may make copies reasonably necessary for installation and backup on devices you own or control. The Software is licensed, not sold. No ownership rights are transferred. 3. Restrictions Except as permitted by applicable law, a third-party license, or separate written permission from the copyright holder, you may not: - Redistribute, re-upload, mirror, share, sublicense, rent, or sell the Software. - Modify, translate, rebrand, or create derivative works of the Software. - Copy or reuse the original source code in another project or product. - Remove or alter copyright, attribution, or license notices. You may share links to official download pages. Hosting providers selected by the copyright holder may store and deliver official releases on the copyright holder's behalf under the applicable hosting agreement. This does not grant other users general redistribution rights. 4. Source code and platform rights Visibility of source code does not grant an open-source license or permission to modify, reuse, or redistribute it. This license does not restrict rights already granted under applicable hosting-platform terms or earlier licenses. 5. Third-party software and downloaded media Third-party components retain all permissions and obligations under their respective licenses, including any applicable source-code or redistribution rights. This license does not replace or limit those licenses. See THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md and the accompanying component license files. This license grants no rights to media downloaded using the Software. 6. Warranty and liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the copyright holder is not liable for claims, damages, or other liability arising from or in connection with the Software or its use.
