1. Operator and scope

These terms cover the AIM Downloader website and its original content, operated by Ali Imran Malik. The Windows app is governed by the separate Application License. Privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. Contact business.aliimranmalik@gmail.com with questions.

2. Permitted use and ownership

You may browse the official website and download authorized app releases for use under the applicable application license. Original website code, text, images, and branding remain the property of their respective owners. Reuse, modification, redistribution, rebranding, or sale of the original AIM website materials requires written permission except where applicable law, a third-party license, or existing platform rights permit otherwise.

Normal browser copies and rights already granted by GitHub or other applicable hosting terms are preserved. Public source visibility does not itself grant a general open-source license.

3. Lawful media use

Download only content you own or have permission or another lawful right to save. Respect copyright, privacy, access restrictions, and the applicable source-site terms. AIM Downloader does not grant rights to third-party media. Do not use the service or app to evade access controls or infringe others' rights.

4. Availability and third-party services

Features, download formats, and source-site support can change. Third-party websites, tools, hosting platforms, and stores operate independently under their own terms. Listing a service or tool does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

A download being available does not guarantee compatibility with every device or source website. Free availability of a release does not promise perpetual support, availability, or free future products. A future change does not retroactively remove rights already granted for an earlier release.

5. No warranties and liability limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its information are provided as is and as available, without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. To that extent, the operator is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the website or linked services.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections, statutory rights, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Microsoft Store terms, when applicable, continue to apply to the Store relationship.

6. Changes and contact
